Depart from Lombok Hotel to Khayangan Harbor, where you will aboard the local ferry boat and cross Alas Strait to Tano Harbor at the western part of Sumbawa Island. Approximately 2.5 hours we will reach the harbor and take a ferry that will take us about 1.5 hours to reach Tano harbor, Sumbawa. tFrom the harbor to Sumbawa Besar is about 2 hours, There are a lots of opportunities for picture takings, as the journey will pass by some fishing villages and scenic beach views. You will be arriving Sumbawa in the afternoon with the lunch box, while the dinner will be in the hotel. Your next destination is Bima, the eastern part of Sumbawa island. The trip will begin with a short sightseeing in the vicinity town of Sumbawa Besar. Bala Kuning,where the remain treasuries of Sumbawa Besar Sultanate are exhibited; and to Istana Loqa an old Palace belonging to the Sultanate. The Palace was constructed in wooden frames with 99 stilts of old teaks. The number represents to the essence of spiritual life of the people. Next visit is Pamulung Village, where the natives live in traditional houses and practice daily routines, such as farming, weaving and cattle herds. We continue the journey to Bima and stop for a while in Empang the eastern part of Sumbawa regency to witness the the village that produce fish paste which the Indonesian always use it for bumbu or Indonesian cuisine. The simple lunch with the lunch box or in the local restaurant will be done with depend on the time, and finally check in the hotel. You will visit some places in Bima as a part of Sumbawa Overland Tour. Raba is a trditional Weaving Village, where we will observe the process of indigenous fabrics then visit the Public Market of Bima, where you will see the traditional market activities. Bima Harbor is a traditional boats anchor to load and unload their shipments, and finally we escort you to Bima Airport for your departure to Bali or Lombok.
