Payment
All confirmed reservation must be settled at least 14 days prior to the date arrival, due to in some cases, deposit is absolutely required by the hotel, especially during high season. We very much suppose your payment in your earliest convenience time through the bank account that we will send you via Email.

Refund
Due to some other circumstances that make the guests are late arrive, we are sorry that refund can be done for part or all unused services.

Responsibility
GIA Holidays will act as your agent to introduce you to services provided. We do not accept any legal liability for damage including death, injury, delay and loss of any nature, addition expenses or inconvenience however caused to the guests / passengers for himself and his executors. Due to negligence, misconduct, act of omission, default or failures caused by the guests are your own responsibilities.
